Arusha Day Trip
Overview
8 am departure from Arusha city center to Arusha National Park. The 137 square kilometer park offers multiple terrains including open savannahs, Acacia Scrublands, Afromontane clouds, rain forests and Afro-Alpine vegetation similar to that of Mount Kilimanjaro. In addition, there are several alkaline lakes as well as the spectacular Ngurdoto Crater. The mammal species include: elephants, buffalo, various primates, giraffes and leopards. Hiking is allowed (if accompanied by an armed guard) and the climb up Mount Meru is superb, often giving the best available views of Mount Kilimanjaro. At 4556 meters, Mount Meru is the fifth highest mountain in Africa and is also situated in the heart of Arusha National Park. Lunch will be served at a picnic site in the park and the tour will end in Arusha city-center around 5 pm.

Passenger Information
- Passengers should bring only duffle bags safaris{not suitcases}
- All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
- Baggage on domestic flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
- Passengers arriving to Tanzania may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
- Tourist Visa will be obtained at the entry points, but it is advisable to double check before travelling to Tanzania.
